How to Use It

Step 1 — Prepare: Cleanse your skin thoroughly and ensure it is completely dry. High-frequency works best on dry skin — do not apply serum or oil before this step.
Step 2 — Treat: Turn on the wand and glide it gently across your skin in slow, circular motions. For spot treatment, hold the wand over the blemish for 5–10 seconds. For full-face use, work across the forehead, cheeks, nose, and chin — 5 minutes total.
