How to Use It

Step 1 — Prepare: Apply a water-based serum or conductive gel to clean skin. This is essential for EMS to conduct effectively and comfortably.
Step 2 — Lift: Turn on the device and glide it in slow, upward strokes across your face and neck — starting at the base of the neck, moving to the jawline, cheeks, forehead, and brow bone. 8–10 minutes total.

If you want the full light therapy experience, the Pro is the upgrade.

Do I need to use a gel or serum with it?
Yes — always. EMS microcurrent requires a conductive medium to work effectively and comfortably. Apply a water-based serum or conductive gel before each session. Dry skin will not conduct the current properly and may cause discomfort.

How often should I use it?
4–5 times per week for best results. Daily use is fine for most skin types. Microcurrent and red light results are cumulative — consistency over 4–6 weeks is what produces visible, lasting changes in facial contour and skin tone.

Can I use it around my eyes?
