North Elara replacement parts and care guidance are organized by exact device compatibility. A controller, charger, strap, eye insert or conductive product that looks similar is not automatically safe or compatible with every device.

Controllers + charging

Use only charging and controller components identified for your exact model. Do not substitute an adapter, cable or controller unless the supplied documentation confirms compatibility.

Fit + comfort components

Where a product uses replaceable straps, eye-comfort components or other fit pieces, use the version specified for that device. Follow the supplied fit and replacement guidance.

Cleaning

Follow the exact cleaning method in your manual. Do not immerse a powered device unless the manufacturer specifically states that it is designed for that use. Keep electrical connectors and charging components dry.

Storage

Allow devices to dry fully where applicable before storage. Protect cables, controllers and treatment surfaces from crushing, excessive bending, moisture and other conditions that can damage them.

Stop using damaged parts

Stop using any component that shows exposed wiring, a damaged connector, unusual heat, cracking or another condition identified as unsafe in the supplied guidance. Contact support rather than improvising a replacement.
