Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within this period.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare devices may be subject to partial approval or rejection depending on condition.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@northelara.com with your order details and photos. We will resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Situations

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items showing excessive use or damage caused by misuse
  • Returns requested after the 30-day window
  • Items without original packaging (when applicable)
