While we strive to ensure all product information is accurate, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, images, or availability are free from errors. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies at our discretion.

All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD). Prices may change without notice. The price charged for your order will be the price displayed at the time of purchase.
4. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you represent that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
5. Shipping
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. North Elara is not responsible for delays resulting from customs procedures, shipping carriers, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Returns & Refunds
Eligibility, return procedures and refund handling for merchandise purchases are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.
6A. Commercial E-commerce Services
In addition to our retail collection, North Elara LLC offers e-commerce development, storefront design and related digital commerce services. The scope of each engagement, deliverables, fees, payment schedule and project arrangements are defined in the relevant written proposal, invoice or service agreement, as applicable.
Project changes, revisions, cancellations and any service-specific refunds are addressed under the terms agreed for the individual engagement and applicable law. The merchandise return policy does not automatically apply to commercial services.

7. Intellectual Property
