North Elara Testing + Technology Standards

What we require before a technology becomes part of North Elara.

Beauty technology should be supported by more than a product name or a supplier claim. North Elara evaluates each production model against a defined documentation and quality standard before final customer-facing specifications and claims are approved.

Model-specific documentation

We review the technical information supplied for the exact production model, including relevant specifications, materials, electrical information, wavelength or energy data where applicable, use instructions and available test or compliance documentation.

Sample and configuration review

Final specifications are based on the configuration selected for North Elara. A factory model name alone is not enough when color, controller, power system, accessories, packaging or other components can vary by configuration.

Claims discipline

We do not treat broad factory marketing language as proof for every product. Customer-facing claims should match the exact device, documentation and permitted labeling available for the final production configuration.

Safety and instructions

Each powered device requires model-specific guidance. The product page and manual for your exact device are the primary references for setup, treatment area, session timing, cleaning, charging, contraindications and other safety information.

Traceability + support

North Elara's long-term device program is designed around clear model identification, care guidance, warranty support and compatible replacement parts or accessories where available.

Our standard: if a specification, certification or claim cannot be tied to the exact product configuration we sell, it should not be presented as though it has been verified.
